Hi, I’m Tony Ortiz. I started this company with a simple goal: to provide dependable maintenance and repair services that help multifamily property owners keep their units in great shape and ready for the next resident.

Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience working on multifamily turnovers and renovations. Through that work, I’ve learned how important it is to move quickly when a unit becomes vacant. Every empty unit represents lost income, and my focus is on helping property owners get their spaces rent-ready as efficiently as possible without cutting corners on quality.
